Welcome to education at Everyman Theatre.

Everyman Theatre offers a variety of outreach programming that provide arts education opportunities to Baltimoreans of all ages.

  • EveryYouth Theatre
    EveryYouth Theatre This program for middle and high school students provides age-appropriate experiences in drama and theatre. Students will find their own creative voices through sessions with professional teaching artists, learning dramatic techniques and performance skills. Experiences in dance and African drumming are also components of the program. Our in-school and after-school models demonstrate Everyman Theatre's skill in molding the knowledgeable and enthusiastic audiences and performers of the future.

  • Extended Outreach Program
    Extended Outreach Program Reaching over 900 Baltimore City high school students each year, this program provides a variety of benefits to participating schools and students at no cost, including:
    • In-school pre-show workshops with our Education Director to introduce them to the world of the play, including study guides, learning exercises, and discussion questions.
    • Free transportation to and from the Theatre.
    • Free, private matinee performances of Everyman productions.
    • Post-performance discussions with the actors, giving students the opportunity to ask questions, raise issues, and discuss their experience with the play.
    • In-school workshops the week following the performance with our Education Director and actors from the show.
